Named as ‘one of the most creative people in advertising’ in New York before moving to London and becoming Global Creative Director on Dove and Unilever’s global campaigns, Noel is now the CCO of Publicis London. She most recently led neverland’s creative department as Executive Creative Director, and her creative leadership helped fast-track neverland from being a three-person start-up in 2019, to becoming one of London’s most talked about, and rapidly growing, agencies (currently employing 60 people and named Best Start-up Agency by Campaign in 2022).
Before neverland, Noel created campaigns for Volvo, Dove, Oreo, Canon, Febreze, the FDA, Jamaica Tourism and the United States Marine Corps at agencies that include Ogilvy UK, Adam&EveDDB, Grey New York, FCB and JWT. Her awards include a Grand Prix Lion for the Oreo Daily Twist campaign.
